The Hayter Group sells and services every type of boiler including; natural gas, propane, oil and wood. Boilers are used with in-floor heating or hot water radiators. Boilers can be used in residential or commercial applications. Hot water or radiant heat provides maximum comfort. Hot water heat is very energy efficient. Most people find it provides great comfort at a lower thermostat setting.
Boilers are also a great choice for heating a shop or barn. When you are pouring a new floor or pad it’s a great time to install tubing for in-floor heating. Systems can be expanded to include walkways and driveways, to keep them snow-free for the entire winter.
When you are making a decision about what type of equipment to use for heating and cooling your home, it is equally important to think about what contractor do you want installing the equipment. The Hayter Group has been serving clients across South-Western Ontario since 1952.

The Conforto Boiler uses a European triple pass design to pull the maximum amount of heat from the fuel being burned. The flue gases make three passes through the boiler, so more heat is used and less is wasted through the exhaust. The Conforto is built with high quality cast iron. The boiler will withstand rapid temperature changes. This feature enables cold start operation. The Granby boiler can be chimney vented, or direct vented.
The Highlander Wood Boiler from Kerr can be combined with an in-floor heating system or radiators to heat your building with hot water. The Highlander can also be used to provide domestic hot water. Wood Boilers can be used as a stand alone heat system or can be combined with other heating systems.
The Kerr Highlander Boiler lets you take advantage of your wood lot to provide some or all of your workshop heat. This versatile boiler can also be used to heat your home.
Hydronic heating systems used by boilers do not have ducting. Energy efficient ductless cooling is the perfect match for a home heated with a boiler. The wall mounted heads are installed near the ceiling because cold air drops. This is the ideal solution for cooling a space.
