It is with great sadness that we announce the sudden passing of both Mary Louise Hayter (March 2, 2017) and Jim Hayter (March 16, 2017). They will be deeply missed by The Hayter Group staff, customers and suppliers.
In 1982, Jim purchased the plumbing and heating business from Arnold Douglas that today is known as The Hayter Group. Jim was also the Deputy Mayor for the Municipality of Brooke-Alvinston. Jim and Mary Louise have both served on town council. Jim has been with the Alvinston Fire Department for 44 years having served as Fire Chief for 15 years.
Jim was charter member of the Alvinston Districts Optimist Club. Jim and Mary Louise were avid supporters of minor hockey and baseball.
