We wanted to take a minute to extend a formal thank you to all of you for the work you completed for us in installing our new geothermal heating and cooling system.

From our first meeting with Chad at the College’s Alternative Energy Fair, we knew we were in excellent and trustworthy hands. Chad, you consulted with us at every turn and were open to our endless array of questions. All of your answers were given to us as if you were making the same decisions for your own home. We couldn’t have felt more secure in our dealings with you and truly appreciated your sincere and honest approach.

The Hayter team that came to our home was remarkable on every level. In our 2 weeks together, we truly felt like we grew an extended family!

Internally, the team masterfully installed duct work in our “ductless” 40 year old, 4 level split home with ingenious approaches and innovative style – it was fascinating to hear the team making decisions and mapping out the best possible path. The jovial approach taken by the team made them an absolute treat to be around. They worked as a family – having fun and showing the utmost respect for one another. Our home was left in excellent repair – you even sent us one of your team members to help clean the house when the majority of the interior work was completed! Unbelievable :)

Externally, the whole drilling team & process were absolutely amazing to watch. Before our eyes the yard was disassembled and reassembled in a matter of days – 9 holes, each 110 feet deep! Me, the “Lady of the House”, was able to give the reassembly team the ultimate thumbs up before they powered down… another tribute to your assurance of customer satisfaction.

Notably impressive was the patient & loving approach the team took with our two children (aged 2 & 5) who were of course fascinated with all of the work the team was doing. They really loved waiting for our “worker guys” to arrive each day :)

We want to thank you for helping us to achieve our goal of living sustainably. A family business like Hayter’s truly has the family in mind. Each geothermal consultation & installation helps to move our community one step closer to decreased energy use and a cleaner, healthier planet for our children’s families to enjoy.
